Co-Founder & CEO · Adaptive Pallet Solutions
Co-founder and CEO of Adaptive Pallet Solutions, leading operations and go-to-market execution, and co-founder and managing partner of 912 Capital Partners, the firm behind APS. Five years a principal investor at LL Funds, and the architect of the finance and strategy function at Offerpad ahead of its public listing.
About
Adam Posner is the co-founder and CEO of Adaptive Pallet Solutions (APS), the company turning the pallet into the data layer beneath the supply chain. APS leases 100% recycled smart plastic pallets embedded with IoT sensors, so a pallet reports its location, condition, and dwell in real time instead of quietly disappearing. It is the first time the industry's most ubiquitous asset can account for itself. Adam leads the company's operations and go-to-market execution.
Building a category takes someone who has scaled and exited before, and Adam has. He spent over a decade underwriting risk and growing companies, including five years as a principal investor at LL Funds, a Philadelphia growth equity firm, where he structured and grew multiple portfolio company investments. Before that, as Director of Corporate Strategy at Offerpad, he built the finance and strategy functions ahead of the company's public listing at over a $2 billion valuation. He began his career on IBM's Corporate Integrations team, serving major corporations including Fannie Mae, Marriott International, and Walmart.
Adam co-founded 912 Capital Partners, the Philadelphia private equity firm he and Rodrigo run together; APS is the firm's position in the supply chain layer. He is also an exited founder, having built and sold an alternative-risk venture in thoroughbred racing.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Mathematics. That range, from corporate strategy to scaling a public company to building and selling his own, is exactly the operating instinct it takes to see the opportunity sitting inside three billion overlooked pallets.
What Adam is known for
Structuring the capital side of asset-heavy industrial businesses, so operations can scale on physical assets without carrying them on the balance sheet. That is the financial architecture underneath APS's pallet-leasing model.
